Yoga For Pregnancy

We offer weekly classes where you have the opportunity to share and gain mutual support from other mums to be. In these sessions you will learn Yoga based postures, breathing techniques, and the principles of active birth.

The group classes are held on a Monday evening in our Yoga studio in Hanley Swan near Malvern and Worcester.

You can join the class from 14 weeks. They are very popular and we maintain a waiting list, so it is good to book as early as possible.

We also offer individual sessions where we can design your own tailor-made programme. This suits some women better, particularly when the regular class times are not suitable.
